This resource guide can be used as a tool to better understand, support and improve your mental health. It is not a substitute for seeking out professional help. If you are in severe crisis, call or text the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.
Level 1 - Low Distress
Use these resources when you feel some level of distress but are still performing daily functions.
Level 2 - Moderate Distress
Use these resources when the distress has reached a moderate level and is beginning to interfere with performing daily functions
Level 3 - High/Critical Distress
Use these resources when distress is high and is impacting your ability to perform basic daily functions (at work/school/home)
